What formats do I receive?

Ebooks are delivered as PDF and EPUB � both included with every ebook purchase. Audiobooks are delivered as MP3 files, organized by chapter. Complete Bundles include all three formats. See our full format guide for details on compatibility.

When do I receive my files?

Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed, a delivery email is sent to the address you used at checkout. It contains your secure download links. The process is automated and typically takes under two minutes.

I did not receive my email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder � automated emails occasionally land there. If it is not there after five minutes, contact us with your order number and the email address you used. We respond quickly and will get your files to you.

Do I need to create an account to purchase?

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to access your purchase history and re-download your files at any time through your account page.

Can I read the ebook on my Kindle?

Yes. The EPUB format is compatible with Kindle (via the Send to Kindle feature or Calibre conversion), Kobo, Apple Books, Pocketbook, and virtually all dedicated e-reader devices and apps.

Is there DRM on your files?

No. We do not apply digital rights management to our works. Your files are yours � to store, organize, back up, and read on whatever device you choose, for as long as you choose.

Do you offer refunds?

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds as a standard practice. However, if you experience a technical issue � a corrupted file, a delivery failure that we cannot resolve, a genuine product error � we will make it right. Please contact us and describe the issue.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Are these works available anywhere else?

InLotus Media works are available exclusively through this library. We do not distribute through Amazon, Audible, or third-party platforms. This is intentional � it allows us to maintain the quality of the experience and the integrity of the relationship with our readers.
